Get to Know Dr. Anthony Puopolo
Dr. Puopolo holds a B.A. in Biology from Tufts University, an M.A. in Biology from Boston University, and an M.D. from the Boston University School of Medicine. He completed a combined Family Medicine and Psychiatry residency program in the U.S. Army at Tripler Army Medical center in Honolulu, Hawaii. He also completed an intensive wellness fellowship with the acclaimed Dr. Andrew Weil, the founder and director of the Andrew Weil Center for Integrative Medicine at the University of Arizona.
Dr. Puopolo is a member of the American Board of Family Medicine and is board-eligible in Psychiatry. He has been married for over 20 years and has four children. He lives in Dorado, Puerto Rico where his hobbies include tennis and martial arts.
